Do you clear customs on international orders?

We handle customs clearance and cover import duties on orders shipped to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States. For all other shipping destinations, you as the customer are responsible for customs duties.

Can I get an NDA signed?

We already ensure your parts are safe and secure with our confidentiality clauses on our Terms of Sale, but we’re happy to sign a separate NDA if your company requires it. Please contact our sales team for details.

What payment options do you accept?

We offer NET 30 terms with purchase orders. Please note that it can take 2–3 days to approve NET 30 terms. We also accept credit cards as well as iDEAL in select regions.
